Our undertaking to clients

At WACO we hold to the highest standards of privacy: client information and project details are never disclosed or shared with any third party, under a full undertaking of confidentiality across every stage of study, financing and execution.

What this site collects

The site has exactly two forms a visitor can submit: the contact form and the quote request form. It collects no other personal data, and it creates no visitor accounts.

Data collected

Name, email address, telephone number, and whatever the visitor writes in the message or request details.

Purpose

To answer and follow up the request or enquiry that was sent. This data is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party.

Who sees it

Only the WACO staff responsible for replying, through the site's admin panel.

How long it is kept

Messages and requests are kept for twelve months from the date they are sent, and are then deleted.

Requesting deletion

A visitor may ask for their data to be deleted before that period ends by using the contact form. The request is carried out without requiring a reason.

Cookies

The site uses one cookie, to remember the visitor's choice between the light and dark theme. It is not used for tracking and does not identify the visitor.
