SIRI assessment and transformation roadmap

Assessing plant readiness against the international Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI): analysing operational capabilities, automation systems and digital infrastructure, then preparing a practical roadmap for digital transformation and the adoption of artificial intelligence and data analysis.
